Opportunities

• Attendance at 2 meetings during the sponsorship year: one breakfast meeting and one dinner meeting.
• At each meeting, your company representative will have the opportunity to address our members directly, for 5 minutes, from the podium before the program begins to discuss your company’s products or services.
• At the same one breakfast and one dinner meeting will have the opportunity to network with chapter members through introductions made by the Prince William SHRM Board of Directors.
• Receive one free meal at the breakfast meeting and one free meal at the dinner meeting.
• Set up a display at the meeting location.
• Distribute promotional literature at each table.
• Sponsor recognition on website and membership communications.
• One free ad in select chapter communications.
• Link to your company website via your logo on Prince William SHRM website.
• Invitation for one to the annual Prince William SHRM holiday party; to include one free meal.

• Prominently display your company’s name and logo on the Prince William SHRM homepage with a hyperlink to your website.
• Website sponsor recognition on the bottom of each page of the website.
•  Your organization will receive a full-page ad in select chapter communications. Ad placement will be at the discretion of the chapter.

• At the same breakfast OR dinner meeting, will have the opportunity to network with chapter members through introductions made by the Prince William SHRM Board of Directors.
